Mintech is an added value semiconductor bare die distributor. Mintech has the
in-house ability to inspect, qualify, test and probe wafers and semiconductor
die. We supply product in either bare die or wafer form or to your exact
specifications and choice of supply form. Please see the

The franchised bare die distributed by us comes from market leaders such as
Texas Instruments, Fairchild Semiconductor, National Semiconductor, Analog
Devices, Microsemi, Intersil and many more, please see our
linecard. Alternately, we are able to
process your own supplied die and wafer product, please see the
sub-contract die processing section.
Mintech Semiconductors is part of a group of companies, which includes our other
divisions TS2 Micro and Die Technology Ltd.
